Containing a color frontispiece, Jenny Lind in, "La Figlia Del Reggimento," and 16 plates. Johanna Maria Lind, Stockholm, Sweden, (1820 – 1887). She became highly regarded for soprano performances in Sweden and Europe, often known as the "Swedish Nightingale". In 1850 Lind and P.T. Barnum created an enormously successful American tour.
